4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JiliLive username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your JiliLive account, whether or not authorized by you, is your responsibility. JiliLive will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 JiliLive will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.4 You agree to notify JiliLive immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. JiliLive may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. JiliLive accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on JiliLive is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your JiliLive account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. JiliLive is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on JiliLive are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees applied by your payment provider. JiliLive is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences.
5.5 Third-Party Payments. JiliLive does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
6.1 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. JiliLive reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Verification Requirement. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed verification may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is approved.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. 7.1 JiliLive offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7.5 JiliLive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players at the time of the change.
8.1 All games available on JiliLive use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a regular basis.
8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on JiliLive's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for all purposes.
